My 15 cannabis plants planted in my dryland hugelkultur at Stony Oasis Farms.

Planted the cannabis plants in deep...made for trees pots.

You can see the roots have plenty of room to grow down.

I got all 15 (the number of plants I can grow in WA state being medical) cannabis plants planted in the Dryland Hugelkultur planting bed I created. For those of you who wonder why they are not in a perfectly straight line...well lets just say that is not the way I roll. Nature does not plant in straight lines, and neither do I. Also the fact I hit rocks in the ground and ended up putting the plants in the first spot I could get a planting hole deep enough to plant them...moved them a bit.

I did bunch them up a bit more then I anticipated, but needed to fit them all in the bed I made. Now we will see if they do not get nipped in a late frost, or have any other real issues...just how big and tall I can get these to grow. I have topped them just once while in their pots to keep them a little shorter, but will let them go for height now.
